Filmed at the show unit in May 2026, while the project was still being built. Finishes, prices and surroundings may have changed since.

CHAPTER 01

What sets it apart

Enlace Suites is the first phase of a three-phase mixed development in the 58-acre Pantai Sentral Park township. Two residential towers, Suites 1 with 438 units and Suites 2 with 290, sit behind boutique offices and shops, kept low so the homes see the hills, with a medical centre planned. Residents have their own entrance at the back, speed ramps and dedicated lifts down to the retail. Facilities include a 50 m lap pool and a rooftop sky villa on Suites 1.

There are about 12 layouts, from 506 sq ft to about 2,000 sq ft, including dual-keys and duplexes. The 979 sq ft, two-bedroom Type C1 has a 4 m-wide living room, a removable bedroom wall and Villeroy & Boch fittings, at about RM1,000 psf, from just over RM900,000 to just over RM1 million.

CHAPTER 02

Where it is

It sits beside the 200-acre Bukit Kerinchi forest reserve, near Bangsar South, KL Eco City and Mid Valley, with PJ across the hill. Federal Highway and the NPE are close, an elevated NPE link is planned, and a future MRT station will be about 400 m to 500 m away by bridge; until then, shuttles will run to Universiti station.

What caught Sean's eye

A bridge to the forest and the MRT

The developer worked with DBKL to turn a council plot opposite into a park joining the existing forest trail, linked by a signature pedestrian bridge to the shops, the homes and, later, the MRT station. Sean calls it an absolute extra in place-making: technically not their job, but residents can cross the bridge and start hiking.

SEAN'S TAKE

3 on 3

The three things Sean likes and the three he doesn't, from his own list at the end of the episode.

WHAT SEAN LIKES
  • 1The location: one of Sean's three Klang Valley 'unicorns', linked to Federal Highway and the NPE, near a future MRT station, and balancing Bangsar South's jobs and rents with life beside a forest reserve.
  • 2The architecture: a complex mix of offices, shops, homes and medical suites handled with separate car parks and entrances, low office blocks to protect the residents' view, and two towers by two architects giving buyers wide choice.
  • 3The units: a generous back-of-house with a yard large enough to become part of the kitchen, a removable wall so the living and dining can share the balcony, plenty of facade, high-end fittings and a hidden storage nook.
WHAT SEAN DOESN'T
  • 1The micro site: government, low-cost and village housing remain around the township, and units facing away from the hill may one day get new towers in front.
  • 2The long delay: infrastructure was finished years ago with only one or two launches since, though Sean reads it as careful planning by a big developer able to build roads first and wait.
  • 3Too many choices: two towers, three phases, views, sizes, duplexes, garden units, penthouses and dual-keys, about 12 layouts in all, make a daunting and complicated decision for buyers.
“

Sean likes it enough that he would happily buy one, and expects the area to take off once the MRT station and medical centre arrive.

Sources & Verification Data

Based on Sean's full English captions for this May 2026 episode. The 3 on 3 follows the three things he likes and the three he doesn't, in his order, at the end of the video. Sean toured the show unit at the sales gallery before construction; he says he booked a unit in an earlier phase of the township but didn't secure one.
