Sunway D'Hill: forest views with city convenience.

Sunway D'Hill sits against an 800-acre forest reserve, and Sean sees that backdrop as more than a view. It shapes the experience of the pool, gym, homes and shared spaces, giving residents a visual escape while malls, hospitals and commercial districts remain within a short drive.

The project also includes retail, but visitors and residents use different entrances. That decision lets the commercial component add convenience without turning the residential drop-off into the same circulation route.

Sean highlights the sheltered arrival, naturally ventilated waiting areas and separate tower lobbies. In the car park, speed ramps reduce the time spent circling between floors, while step-free routes carry residents from the drop-off through to their units.

The facilities deck uses layered landscape, sunken and raised areas, water features and courts to slow movement and create different experiences. For Sean, these choices show the developer refining ideas across successive projects.

The same urban access that strengthens the location also introduces noise. Sean points to the wide road along the project and expects cars and motorcycles to be noticeable against the otherwise quiet forest edge.

A successful retail frontage may attract crowds, while several future developments nearby will expand buyers' choices and put more pressure on the road network. The project is complete, however, which allows a buyer to inspect the actual orientation, condition and view before committing.
